Was the oldest music instrument of Europe found in Slovenia?

Abstract: In 1995 the femur of a cave bear was discovered in the Mousterian layer at the cave site Divje babe I (Slovenia). The bone had two (to four) artificial holes in it. This find could perhaps be explained as a musical instrument.
