[Inpatient treatment of a patient with large duodenal diverticulum and psychogenic vomiting--somatic and psychosomatic approach]

Abstract: The inpatient psychotherapy of a female patient with a large duodenal divertivulum and psychogenic vomiting is described. The specifics of the inpatient treatment setting necessary for change are presented thereby demonstrating to be helpful for these kind of patients with previous negative experiences of somatic and psychotherapeutic treatment.
