Harmony of the subjective and normative aspects in the computerization of the management

Abstract: The reasons of the failures in adoption of the new information technology to the management are analyzed from the positions of the subject-orichted approach and ''computer sciences''. The necessity of this approach, oriented on the concrete persons is substantiated From this setting the design and the tool adjustment of the system ought to be realized in accordance with the maintenance of the management activity ''from top to bottom'': from the integrated representations to the elements of the information technology. The techniques of the costruction of visual representations, especially those, which are related to the forming (and presentation) of the integral imagery representations play here the special role. These representations may be used as the means of interaction, including the telecommunication, when the group analysis of the situations and the decision-making are necessary.
