Abstract: Active/creative music therapy enables people with gerontopsychiatric disorders to progress from a state of being cared for and protected to a form of action in which they have responsibility and competence to give new shape to their everyday state of suspense between time and space. The peaceable and undemanding collective reactivitation of various levels of movement provides renewed and tangible quality of life.
