Neurogene Entzündung als Basis chronischer Schmerzen - Beziehungen zur Antihomotoxischen Therapie |
Abstract: Fibromyalgia is used as an example to show that terminal viscerosensory nerves do not only have an afferent but also an efferent function. They can, among other things, release inflammatory mediators into the matrix, developing just an ultrastructurally tangible neurogenic inflammation.Antihomotoxic therapy shows, because of its complex variety of proteins in lower and middle dilutions, as a specific efficacy principle the ability to induce an immunological bystander suppression. In the course of this reaction clones of regulatory lymphocytes develop. They recognize, and suppress through the release of TGF-ß, inflammatory lymphocytes on account of similar antigen constellations on the cell surface (Generation of motives). This mechanism explains the antiphlogistic and analgesic effect of antihomotoxic therapy in, among other things, rheumatology.
