Abstract: The theoretical Position of Groddeck (1917) and Ferenczi (1924) may show differences concerning the psychodynamic concept of cancer. But by therapeutical approaches they share common standards as they are well known in modem techniques of working with cancer-patients. The main item is the support of the patient, not working with confrontation. Unless the different concepts of psychodynamics of cancer one should share these standards if working psychotherapeutical with cancer-patients.
