Abstract: For a long time stress proteins (chaperones)have gone unrecognized, although they are already expressed during the stages of differentiation and development. Transport and degradation, correct stabilization of proteins, assembly and folding are important functions of chaperones, as important as induction and conversion, i.e. their adaptability to stress.Chaperones, which are highly preserved physiologically and which can be found universally in all organisms, have become a challenge for a science that deals with the effect of stress on biological structures.
