Abstract: In a Logotherapy approach to the treatment of the traumatized client, it is recognized that the client's experience of trauma can be reframed to identify real meanings and meaning potentials to be honored and actualized during the client's daily life. In this article, the author presents a five-stage Logotherapy trauma treatment approach based upon the existential concepts of Viktor Frankl that has been helpful with many traumatized clients. A number of case presentations illustrate the described treatment approach.
