Psychotherapy of somatisation disorders

Abstract: Studies published in the past 12 months have helped to establish the effectiveness of brief psychotherapies in the treatment of patients with somatisation disorders. In addition to initial treatment responses, some brief therapies have delayed or long-term therapeutic effects.
