Heinz von Foerster: The form and the content |
Journal/Book: Syst Res. 1996; 13: 605 Third Ave, New York, NY 10158-0012. John Wiley & Sons Inc. 271-278.
Abstract: It is argued that the form in (at least some of) Heinz von Foerster's writings is as important as, and reflects, their content; and that, in so doing, the papers move from being purely scientific towards art. It is further argued that the form, and the way the form requires the reader's participation, embodies the content (the message) in these papers; that the form and the content match.
