Behandlung toxischer Nierenschäden mit Ribonukleinsäuren

Abstract: Renal insufficiency is characterized by a progressive loss of active Transport mechanisms in the renal parenchyma. In order to prevent an uricaemia, the passive pressure filtration is increased compensatorily, which can manifest itself in the form of polyuria, proteinuria and calcium retention. When this system decompensates, symptoms of uricaemia appear. In addition to chronic nephrititis especially toxicological factors play an important rote form the aetiological point of view. Damages caused by heavy metals as well as analgesic nephropathy (phenacetin kidney) are well-known. In the compensated stage certain phytotherapeutic drugs and homoeopathic drugs can be used in addition to chemically defined agents. In the decompensated stage, only furosemid in high doses is regarded as being temporarily effective from today's standpoint. In the final stage, a dialysis must be performed.Ribonucleinic acids can regenerate the renal parenchyma and also the active Transport systems to a certain extent. The necessary treatment depends on the severity of the disease. This treatment is defined as the choice of kinds, weekly doses and duration of treatment or the frequency of the treatment series. With the help of case examples with different severity it is shown, that ribonucleinic acids are a therapeutical alternative in the furosemid stage, which can retard or even prevent even the necessity to perform a dialysis in the case of a consequent therapy. When the patients are already treated in the compensated stage, the necessary treatment needed is extremely reduced.
