Abstract: Man as a somatic, mental and social entity, as well as other more complex systems can be regarded as evolutionary, systemic, highly reasonable, autonomous organisations. To effect changes or obtain therapeutic influence, successful strategies have to comply with specific rules, since these Systems are regulated mainly "from within". Modern medicine must therefore integrate the basic scientific Standards of other disciplines. The common, holistic and solution-oriented approach of natural healing methods and modern psychotherapy enhance the retarded process of a comprehensive change of paradigm in medicine.
