Möglichkeiten der Stoffwechselstabilisierung bei zunehmender Fehlregulation und steigender Umweltbelastung

Abstract: The cell metabolism of a higher organism is regulated by a three component system on the basis of a radical chain which can be found in every cell and which can be determined with the help of the "Pasteur effect". Corticosteroids and thyroid hormones (T3/T4) guarantee the formation of energy, cell-specific peptides, which are provided via the somatotropic hormone, guarantee the cellular syntheses. This results in a stationary state between the activities of the energy and syntheses metabolism which is adapted to the respective need. A high stability exists, when all three components are present in an optimum relation towards each other and in a sufficient absolute level.By a further decreasing physical strain and at the same time increasing psychic burdens ("psychostress"), life in civilization leads to a labilisation of this system by a decreasing regulator level and partly extreme changes of the relation. This condition is more and more aggravated by an increasing environmental burden which finally is the result of the increase of the industrial production for more and more people. This might offer an explanation for the extreme increase of the so-called illnesses caused by civilization, especially allergies, autoimmunities, the frequency of cancer as well as the rise of new diseases, like AIDS. A stabilization of the metabolic regulation can be achieved by physical training, including "stimulation prophylaxis", by an adequate nutrition including restriction of nutrients, by the reduction of the psychostress caused by media and especially in old age by a regulator substitution.
