Model of Dynamic Short-Term Memory

Abstract: A neuron network model elaborated on the basis of a single neuron is presented. This network, like its elements, possesses autorhythmics and functions in autoscillatory regime. Storing of information is connected with formation of wave patterns of a definite structure. The system's information capacity depends upon the variety and complexity of oscillation in neuronal network. An experimental confirmation of the short-term memory dependence upon the variety of the electroencephalogram's oscillations in the alpha-rhythm bandwidth is revealed.
