Abstract: A group of 150 patients was clinically observed using a complete battery of neurootological methods. The patients were believed to suffer from Meniere's disease (MD). After taking anamnestic data [NODEC III] and performing calorimetry, cranio-corpo-graphy and audiology tests we could confirm a former established diagnosis of MD in a few cases only.
