Einfluß der Darmflora in der Gynäkologie |
Abstract: A fungus infection of the genitals can not exactly be determined without measures concerning the differential diagnosis, such as fresh preparations, primary cultures, subcultures, etc.Hereby it is essential to look for facultatively pathogenic fungi on the skin as well as on all mucous membranes that are accessible for such an examination. When fungi are detected they have to be removed.lf the yeasts are differentiated into pathogenic and apathogenic species by means of fungal cultures, the infection can be treated speciafically with antimycotics. This also prevents serious organ mycoses which can result, if the fungal elements penetrate the intestinal mucous membranes. In order to reduce the yeast colonies between the intestinal villi and to avoid the persorption of living yeast cells into the lymph-tract and the blood circulation it is recommendable to perform the so called antifungal diet: less sugar of all kind and much more vegetable fibres in the food. A precise diagnosis, however, is the basic precondition for an efficacious therapy that can satisfy the patient and-last but not least-the doctor.
