Zur Krankheitssymptomatologie intestinaler Candida-Schleimhautmykosen

Abstract: There is a widespread consensus, shared by experts, that fungus diseases have increased over the last few years. This situation is also borne out by daily practice, as the large number of articles published on this subject amply testify. Because of increasingly controversy about the significance of intestinal mucosal mycosis, and articles about polysymptomology of chronic mucosal mycosis, that some critics have qualified as implausible, the authors felt that it would be appropriate to publish a paper giving an objective account of the symptoms experienced by such patients. Standardised questionnaires were used for this project. The total number of probands was divided into two groups on the basis of serologic parameters. Symptom frequency and symptom correlation were examined from a statistical point of view.
