Psychosomatische und somatopsychische Störungen - die diagnostisch-therapeutischen Konsequenzen einer exakteren Richtungsdifferenzierung pathologischen Informationstransfers

Abstract: The terms "psychosomatic diseases" and "psychogenic disturbances" seem to have degenerated in today's medical terminology and they often are used merely as an explanation of the failure of therapeutic al efforts -As there are undoubtedly various real psychogenic diseases present in the large pseudo-diagnostic melting pot which can be treated with a targeted psychotherapy, but on the other hand a large amount consists of functional disturbances with somato-psychic symptoms which have not been classified so far, an exact diagnostical clarification is very important for an efficient therapy.With the help of cases in everyday practice, the possibility of a useful differentiation of psychosomatic and somato-psychic disturbance functions is shown and via a new diagnostical principle even the cause of primary somatic disturbances can be treated with success.
