Immunstimulation durch gezielte Ernährung

Abstract: The effect of a commercially available dietary supplement on the immune system was investigated as part of a randomised, double-blind trial. Twenty healthy volunteers with a median age of 25 years were each given a special compound containing natural substances. Over a period of 30 days each subject received one small bottle of verum or placebo under controlled conditions.Analysis showed that important immune parameters increased under the influence of the essential nutrient complex. The subjects reported an improvement in general wellbeing and subjective physical stamina that was probably related to taking the compound.
