Abstract: Stress and tension influence the diseases neurodermitis and psoriasis vulgaris significantly. Including the Medical Resonance Therapy Music into the psychosomatic care and treatment of patients suffering from these diseases shows a positive effect on the vasomotorics and circulation and the emotional, stress-releasing and relaxing impact of the music influences positively the processes in the skin and causes a clear relief of the urge to itch as well as a significant reduction in the degree of the sickness.
