Abstract: Diluting and shaking are indispensable operations for the production of homoeopathic medicines. But beyond 10 liters, manual shaking can no longer be done if parallel oerations are to be avoided. At this stage it is necessary to employ mechanical shakers. A newly developed mechanical shakers. A newly developed shaking machine gives rise to publishing quantitative data on the accereration of the shaken vessel and the pressure within the vessel during the shaking process. It can be shown that, basically, the mechanical shaking process confirms to the manual shaking process.
