Prognose und Prävention in der Thermographie |
Abstract: For us, prevention means the medical assessment of the probable course, duration and outcome of the disease. This presupposes a diagnosis, which also includes the regulatory ability of the whole organism. In the case, the regulatory therapy proves perfectly its worth as a non-invasive method. Prognosis should lead consequently to prevention. This is not always easy, because preventive measures require the cooperation of the patient when these measures shall be successful. Also in this case, thermography can function as a support because the patient recognizes his illness with the help of the recorded temperature patterns and he can follow the course of the therapy. Observations over many years show, that it is primarily not the disease that leads to regulatory disturbances but that rather a field where the regulation is disturbed makes an illness possible. Therefore the assessment of the kind and extent of thermal regulatory disturbances is very important for prognosis as well as for prevention. This will be shown with the help of some thermograms.
