Abstract: Four cases demonstrates the homoeopathic treatment of hay fever and hay asthma. Hay fever belongs to the chronic diseases, therefore the chronic symptoms of the patient must take into consideration. Acute ailments, arising during the chronic treatment, demand possibly a separate remedy, which is choose on the acute symptoms. The not well known remedy Kali arsenicosum, is well proved for the treatment of chronic rhinitis, based on allergy against different substances, like dust and animals.
