[Two-dimensional thin layer chromatographic-colorimetric determination of Astragalus saponin 1 in suanqi oral liquid]

Abstract: Extracted by n-butanol and separated by two-dimensional TLC, the astragalus saponin 1 in Suanqi Oral Liquid was determined by vanillin-perchloric acid colorimetric method. The recovery and RSD were 96.3% (n = 5) and 0.75% respectively.
