Synoptische Gesichtspunkte zur Gesundheitspolitik aus allgemeinärztlicher SichtTeil I und II

Abstract: The present situation of health policy is characterized by an increasing dirigisme by the governmental institutions and health insurance agencies. Different countermodels, e. g. the model of the Hufelandgesellschaft, contrast an extremely market oriented concept with this situation. The author regards the expansion of the coordination and control function of the general practitioner as a chance, to steer the ship of rnedicine through the Szylla of dirigisme and the Charybis of commercialism. Establishing a model of a primary physician according to the Dutch model would be an important precondition for the translation of this concept into practice.Various basic proposals with respect to health policy will be discussed in the form oftheses.
