Chronische Lungenerkrankungen aus der Sicht der anthroposophischen Medizin |
Abstract: Every illness of man draws the attention to the multilevel character of the course of a disease. First of all the level of the manifestation of an illness which can be experienced phenomenologically as well as the morphological findings must be defined, which often turned out to confirm a diagnosis. lt can be clearly distinguished from the procedural character of the illness as something that has developed. This procedural character clearly shows the phenomenon of time as it is manifested for example in the course of illness which is characterized by episodes or by a continuous progression and it is followed by the emotional level of the illness. Having regard to ontogenetic and phylogenetic points of view, a picture of the organization of respiration is drawn which tries to include the mental and spiritual reality of man in the sense described. At the same time it is possible to gain a further insight in the pathogenesis and characteristics of chronic lung diseases. The formation of the concept of the tripartite structure of the human organism which is a central point in anthroposophic medicine is worked out. lt can gain significance in the presentation of differences and equivalents in the spectrum of chronic lung diseases and can lead up to a differentiation of the therapeutical approaches.
