Journal/Book: Allgemeine Homöopathische Zeitung. 1994; 239/6: 225-233.
Abstract: Amalgam has been used in dental surgery since the beginning of the 19th century without being definetely clarified the toxicity of it. For many years an intoxication of mercury could not be provided in living people, however, now an examination is available which has been developed by the Munich toxicologist Daunderer on the basis of DMPS to measure the strain by mercury quantitatively in the body. In this way it can also be caused by a mercury intoxication. After dental treatment mercury can be pushed out by DMPS. Homoeopathic remedies against the symptoms of mercury intoxication are described.
