Umweltmedizin in der Frauenheilkunde

Abstract: More and more gynopathies are a consequence of environment conditions or at least favoured by those conditions: sterility, infertility, endocrine dysregulation, irregular menses, chronic flour vaginalis resisting to therapy, but also cancer of the breast and of the cervix can (partially) be of environmental origin. For more than two years now a consulting office has been existing at Straubing Gynecologic Hospital which is specialized in medical environment problems (UBF Straubing). Thanks to the availability of the so-called UMWELT-Score possible environmental charges of patients can be evaluated quickly and in an effective way in order to develop thereafter eventually a global therapy plan in co-operation with the Patient. Medical environtology and the respective stationary treatment are based an four main items: 1. recovery of the mental equilibrium, z. new mental pulses, 3. detoxication, 4. increase of the autochthonous defence. The target to be obtained in close co-operation with the respective self-help and women's associations is help for self-help.
