Sauerstoff und Na-Pangamat bei Migräne- Zur Bedeutung des Sauerstoffs in der Pathogenese der Migräne -

Abstract: All attempts, to explain the cause of migraine, have failed so far. Therefore, a multifactorial genesis must be assumed. Nevertheless, the elimination of a factor can result in certain cases in a reduction or interruption of the migraine. Due to different references in literature and experience with the application of Na-pangamate to migraine patients it can be expected, that an oxygen deficiency also plays an important role in the pathogenesis of migraine and that its reduction causes an improvement of the migraine.
