Abstract: The susceptibility to infection is a chronic disorder of the pulmonary and digestive systems in sucklings and babies. The cause is a damage of the intestinal cell environment system according to Pischinger (the intestinal matrix) due to premature feeding of cows milk products and chicken eggs in the first nine months.The intestins do not only have a nutritional task but also an immun task. 70% of the people in Europe are congenitivly sensitively to the antigens of cows milk and chicken eggs. Immunpathology shows that the first antigenic reactions can be already seen in the sixth week of pregnancy. This proofs that the fetus is confronted with antigenic materials from the mother. lf cows milk and chicken eggs products are predominant in her diet, the sucklings will have similar problems. The allergic reactions leed to a loss of villi (partial to subtotal) and then to a change of the bacterial layer.Due to this reaction there are different changes, but mainly a pathogenic increase of individual bacterial groups is obvious. The acidity flora is suppressed, the putride and decomposing flora invades the small intestins. Intestinal inflammations up to the formation of ulcers of the mucous membrane distract the immunological system, so that other organs, as e.g. the Waldeyer's tonsillar ring and the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract, have to manage the secretion of histamine and serotonine. The serological parameter change as well, especially the Neopterin values reduce to zero. This indicates a limited macrophages activity. Therapeutically one will therefore prescribe a diet without cows milk and chicken eggs products (Werthmann) and attend to reestablish a symbiosis using the two main bacteria: mucor racemosus and aspergillus niger (Sankombi®). In the majority of cases the recurring catarrhalic symptoms disappear within a few weeks. The intestinal function is normalized and the serological parameters improve.
