Sport und Gesundheit: Vernünftig dosiert ist halb gewonnen

Abstract: In the last years folk-sports and common sports in the leisure time have tremendously increased. Physicians and politicians engaged in health politics propagate this kind of sports because it helps to prevent diseases of the movement apparatus and of the heart-circulation-system as well as the metabolic disorders which are due to civilization as for instance increased blood lipids or a latent diabetic state of the metabolism. However, the change of the body to a certain extent of training must slowly and gradually be performed. It is worthwhile to develop systematically - regular endurance training and that, finally, in order to avoid accidents. But also then when one has already suffered in injury subsequent damages can be avoided acting fast and applying appropriate measures.
