Zur Bedeutung von Koxalgie und Hüftgelenksblockade beim Kreuzschmerz

Abstract: The experiences made during the last ten years, when approximately 7500 intraarticular injections of procaine into the hip joint had been registered, are considered to be remarguable. The injections were sometimes accompanied by methods of Joint mobilization and traction, when patients complained of pains in the region of the lumbar spine, the pelvis and the hip. The method proved to be highly effective. The author came to the conclusion, that irritations appearing in the region of the lumbar spine, the pelvis and the hip Joint, which are often neglected, have to be taken more seriously. A summary of cases follows.
