Grundlagen und Indikationen der manuellen Therapie

Abstract: The article discusses the principles of manual medicine and their indications and also defines the difference of mobilisation and manipulation techniques.The special manual diagnostical system is described in three steps:examination of the segmental irritation points seeking out the segmental irritation points the functional irritation point diagnose.- examination o segmental irritation points- seeking out the segmental irritation points- the functional irritation point diagnose. These three diagnostical facts are the precondition for manual therapy.Contraindications and the pathophysiological basic of a dysfunction are discussed in detail.By clinical cases the multidisciplinary etiology and potential following therapies are shown.As manual medicine is a very effective natural medical treatment this method is increasingly used by physicians and physiotherapists.
