Abstract: Th author intends to show that there are two methods of repertorization. The well known mathematical method is contrasted to cases where you try to remember which remedy had something that you had just heard from your patient. To facilitate the latter way a new repertory could be made up, preferably in the form of monographies for single topics, where together with the names of the remedies the complete text of the symptoms would be accessible.
