Abstract: From medicotherapeutical experience it can be stated that the homoeopathic therapy is equivalent to the conventional therapy against peripheral arterial blood supply troubles of primary and secondary stage. For troubles of third and fourth degree the homoeopathic therapy can mean an accompanying treatment in the sense of a positive supplement. The limits of the conventional therapy should, however, always be taken into consideration because the success of an early surgical intervention will be much better than that of a later or a too late operation.
