Acupuncture in physiotherapy

Abstract: There has been a recent increase in the number of physiotherapists practising acupuncture both in private practice and within the National Health Service. This article discusses the apparent ease with which this change has occurred and offers some reasons why physiotherapists are a particularly appropriate group of health professional to be using and exploring acupuncture.
