Abstract: Medical ozone serves two purposes in the autohomologous immunotherapy: as immuno stimulant when cultivating immuno competent cells, and, in a further step of production, as a lytic agent for the dissolution of cells and organelles.The purpose of this treatise was then to a) determine the limits of large masses of ozone in the physiologic gasifying and b) to find out by means of the morphology of cells what damages are done when working in distincly toxic fields.
