Abstract: Algotherapy is medical everyday life and medical art simultaneously. 10% of the patients consulting the general practitioner Buffer from longer lasting ache and nevertheless algotherapy is a neglected medical subject. Ache is the defect indicator, our early biological alarm system. It warns us against threatening lesion and facilitates the localization of the origin and causal therapy. Prolonged chronic ache is more than only a symptom, it is a disease. A confidential relationship between patient and practitioner only will render algotherapy successful. The article treats the possibilities of diagnosis and therapy as practised by naturecure practitioners.
