Abstract: A Lachesis-case is used for demonstrating how it is possible to find the remedy and to show the regularity of drug-acting, which is described in the old literature, by means of the reaction on the first dose, provided good knowledge of the drug-picture and precise observation of the patient´s symptoms. This is obvious not only for the homoeopathic physicians, but also duplicating for the colleagues from orthodox medicine. The introduction of snake poison into homoeopathy is the merit of Constantin Hering.
