Liposome: ein neues therapeutisches Prinzip bei entzündlichen Hauterkrankungen

Abstract: Conventional liposomes cannot pass the stratum corneum. A new Generation of liposomes penetrates through the partly hydrated skin layers.Pharmaca show 20 times higher dermal concentration compared with conventional externa when encapsulated in the lipid layer or water solution of special liposomes.Encouraging results in treatment of prevention of dermatoses are offered.
