Abstract: Cytokines (Interleucines colonie-stimulating factors, Interferones, Tumor-necrose-factors, Growth-factors, Adhaesionsmolecules and Inhibitors) are special proteins and glycoproteins produced by gens (by means of informative regulated proteinbiosynthesis) of a quantity of different cells, of a number of tissues in response to a variety inducing stimuli of heterogen structured molecules.Cytokines act after secretion from producer cells and after binding to specific membran-receptors on the surface of typical target cells in a complex manner, in a nonlinear interacting system.Cytokines are a very diverse group of molecules with a variety of effects playing a synergistic function of a multivalent survival system.A humoral kybernetic multiple feedback system, a "conditio sine qua non" in the evolution muticellular organisms. For example cytokines have essentials roles controlling cell proliferation, differentiation and development.
