Da Vermächnis Hahnemanns - die Qualität der homöopathischen Arznei

Abstract: On the basis of more then 50 years of research, Hahnemann introduced improvements for the manufacture of homoeopathic medicines to raise quality standards. In the case of the 50,000 potencies (LM or Q potencies), this related to freshness of raw materials; the principle of triturationg all substances as far as the 3c; maintaining a regular batch size; the number of succussion strokes, and impregnation. Later manufacturers ignored these practices or discontinued them without giving valid reasons. Consistent, high-level quality can only be achieved by following precisely laid down methods like those established for Q potencies of ´Pe´ quality.
