Immunomodulation of specific immune response to KLH by high dilution of antigen

Abstract: We have previously demonstrated that specific antibody generation by experimental animals could be modulated by extremely low amounts of antigen, In the present study we have repeated these experiments and also determined the immunomodulating effects of homeopathic dilutions of the antigen. C57BL/6 mice were preconditioned by repeated i.p. injections three times a week of succussed dilutions of KLH (10-14 M - 10-36) and saline (as controls), for 8 weeks. T have to be rigorously repeated and confirmed.
