Abstract: Dr. med. W. Preusser Rosenheim. Zusammenfassung Der theoretische Teil der Lehre von den Krankheiten ist die Allgemeine Pathologie. Ihr Konzept hat sich im Laufe der Jahrhunderte öfter geändert. Auch heute stehen wir vor einer Wende der allgemeinpathologischen Anschauung weil das allzu statische Konzept der noch immer vorherrschenden Zellularpathologie für die Bewältigung der Aufgaben der heutigen Medizin nicht mehr ausreicht. Die Naturheilverfahren und die ihr im Prinzip verwandten Methoden einer Regulationstherapie weisen den Weg zur Erarbeitung einer modernen Regulationspathologie die nicht nur für die Naturheilverfahren sondern auch für die heutige Gesamtmedizin eine fruchtbare Grundlage sein kann. Summary The theoretical part of the theory of the diseases is the General Pathology. Its concept has often changed in the course of the centuries. Also to-day we find ourselves at a turning-point of the general-pathological view since the much too static concept of the still prevailing cellular pathology is no longer sufficient in Order to master the tasks of the present medicine. The procedures of natural medical treatment and the methods of a regulation therapy which are on principle related to such procedures Show the way for developing a modern regulation pathology that may be a fruitful basis not only for natural medical treatments but also for the entire medicine of to-day.
