Odontogene Störtelder als Ursache für periphere Erkrankungen

Abstract: Dr. med. Susanna Pohle Jena Zusammenfassung Für das Gesundheitswesen ist die Anzahl der Patienten mit oft jahrelangen therapieresistenten Beschwerden bedingt durch odontogene Störfelder von großer sozialökonomischer Bedeutung. Dementsprechend wurde eine Untersuchung zur Effizienz der Neuraltherapie als mögliche diagnostische als auch therapeutische Methode bei den durch Zahnstörfelder ausgelösten peripheren Erkrankungen durchgeführt. In der retrospektiven Studie wurden von den 234 Patienten zu 54 49% eine sichere Störfelddiagnostik erreicht. Weitere 22 8% der Testinjektionen führten ebenfalls zur erfolgreichen Diagnostik. Die Versagerquote lag bei 7 3%. Insgesamt konnten 81% der Patienten einer Heilung zugeführt werden. Davon 18 5% durch alleinige neuraltherepeutische Behandlung und 62 5% durch nachfolgende zahnärztliche Störfeldbehandlung. Es bestand u. a. eine Abhängigkeit des Diagnostik- und Therapieerfolges von der Höhe der Medikamenteneinnahme vor dem Therapiebeginn. Summary The number of patients with therapy resistant complaints lasting for years and due to ondontogenic disturbing fields is of great socialeconomic significance for the health system. Accordingly an investigation has been performed an the efficiency of the neural therapy as a potential diagnostic as well as also therapeutical method in case of peripheral diseases actually caused by odontogenic disturbing fields. In the retrospective study out of 234 patients in 54.4% of them a safe diagnosis of the disturbing field was attained. Another 22.8% of the fest injections likewise resulted in a successful diagnosis. The rate of failures amounted to 7.3%. In total 81% of the patients could be healed; and that 18.5% of these patients by neuraltherapeutical treatment only and 62.5% by subsequent dental-surgical treatment of the disturbing field. There was among others a relation between the diagnostic and therapeutical success and the amount of medicaments taken prior to the beginning of the therapy.
