Das Herd-/Störfeldproblem als Diagnostik- und Therapiehindernis der Akupunktur

Abstract: Dr. med. dent. O. Mastalier Oberaudorf/Inn Zusammenfassung Herd-/Störfeldbelastungen gehören zu den häufigsten Diagnostik- und Therapiehindernissen sowohl der konventionellen als auch der komplementären Methoden. Für die Akupunktur wirken sich neben den klinischen und pathophysiologischen vor allem die kybernetischen und energetischen Störungen der Herde und Störfelder erheblich hemmend aus. Nach einer genauen Anamnese muß die zielführende Vordiagnostik auf Diagnostik- und Therapiehindernisse erfolgen und diese beseitigt werden. Darin hat sich die Methode nach Nogier und Bahr sehr gut bewährt. Eine erhebliche Verbesserung bislang therapieresistenter Behandlungsfälle ist damit möglich. Allerdings ist die Aurikulomedizindiagnostik nur mit Beherrschung des Nogier-Pulsreflexes möglich. Selbstverständlich wird aber das gesamte schulmedizinische und komplementäre Diagnostikspektrum einbezogen. Obligat ist nach Feststellung der Herde und Störfelder deren Eliminierung vor Beginn der eigentlichen Therapie so auch der Akupunktur. Die Kopfherde sind dominant wobei die odontogenen Herde und Störfelder neben den Nebenhöhlenstörfeldern das Primat aufweisen. Eine Mehrfachdiagnostik und die Priorität der Herd/Störfeld-Eliminierung vor dem Therapiebeginn sichern eindeutig bessere und kausale Therapieerfolge. Präventive Verhaltens- und Behandlungsmaßnahmen stehen um so mehr zur Verhütung von Herd-/Störfeldbelastungen in der Diskussion. Summary Focal disorders and fields of disturbance are among the most frequent hindrances to diagnosis and therapy for conventional and complementary practitioners alike. In addition to clinical and pathophysiological focal disorders and field disturbances it is above all cybernetic and energetic disturbances in foci and fields that inhibit the effects of acupuncture. Following a precise anamnesis specific pre-diagnostic measures aimed at hindrances of diagnosis and therapy must be carried out to remove them. The method according to Nogier and Bahr has proved very effective. Using this method it is possible to achieve considerable improvement in cases that had previously been therapy-resistant. Auriculomedical diagnosis is however only possible if one has mastered the Nogier pulse reflex. Of course the entire spectrum of conventional and complementary diagnostics is applied as well. Once the foci and fields of disturbance have been determined they must be eliminated prior to beginning the actual therapy including acupuncture. Head foci are dominant whereby the odontogenic foci and fields of disturbance are of primary importance in addition to the sinus disturbance fields. Multiple diagnostics and the priority of focal and field of disturbance elimination prior to commencement of therapy clearly ensure better more causally orientated therapeutic success. Preventive behaviour and treatment are thus increasingly under discussion as means of preventing disturbance through focal and field disorders.
