Prävention mit Kneipp-Therapie

Abstract: Dr. med. E. Luckmann Eyendorf Zusammenfassung Prävention Therapie und Rehabilitation sind die integralen Bestandteile einer zeitgemäßen modernen Ganzheitsmedizin aus Schulmedizin und Naturheilverfahren. Das Naturheilverfahren nach Pfarrer Sebastian Kneipp besteht seit 100 Jahren und stützt sich auf die 5 Säulen Hydrotherapie Phytotherapie Bewegungstherapie Ernährungstherapie und Ordnungstherapie. Zur Kneipp-Therapie liegt inzwischen ein umfangreiches empirisches Wissen und zunehmend wissenschaftliche Untersuchungsergebnisse vor die sie als anerkanntes Naturheilverfahren ausweist. In der Kurortmedizin wie in anerkannten Einzelstudien wird der Wert der Kneipp-Therapie für die primäre sekundäre und tertiäre Prävention bestätigt. Dies wird an exemplarischen Beispielen aus der Literatur belegt. Summary Prevention therapy and rehabilitation are the integral constituents of an actual modern holistic medicine of classical medicine and natural treatment. The natural treatment according to parson Kneipp exists for 100 years and it is based on the 5 pillars hydrotherapy phytotherapy kinesitherapy nutrition therapy and order therapy. In the meantime there is a comprehensive empirical knowledge available on this subject and in addition thereto also increasingly scientific research results which show the Kneipp therapy to be an approved natural treatment. In the health resort medicine as well as in approved single studies the value of the Kneipp therapy for the primary secondary and tertiary prevention is confirmed.
