Abstract: Evaluated an art therapy program for children and parents in families suffering from chemical dependency. Pre- and posttreatment comparison of Child Behavior Checklist scores for 67 participants (aged 4-11 yrs) demonstrate highly significant gains in competencies and reductions in identified behavior problems over a 12-wk program period.
