Abstract: Describes music therapy sessions for elderly people affected by debilitating psychoses. The sessions consisted of an introduction to the group (a change from their daily isolation) followed by listening to a piece of music and then five minutes of group improvisation. The attitude of the group and of each member was analyzed. The sessions were the object of a video and description. (author)
