Reflections: Countertransference: Implications in treatment and post treatment. Special Issue: Transference/countertransference and the creative arts therapies

Abstract: Presents the author's personal account of her using art therapy to treat a lesbian couple, one of whom was deaf and suicidal and the other hearing. The dynamics of the case and afterthoughts written by the patient showed the author that countertransference had taken place. Therapeutic techniques included drawing, psychodrama, and clay sculpture.
